These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using The Progressive Centre’s website. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

The Progressive Centre is located in Ajax, Ontario.

Services

The Progressive Centre offers tutoring services in math and science subjects. Our experienced tutors are committed to delivering high-quality educational support.

Payment Terms (Updated Effective September 1, 2024)

E-Transfer (Cash) Payments:

• Payment Timing: Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle to ensure your account is active for upcoming tutoring sessions.
• Account Management: You must add enough hours to your account to cover scheduled sessions. If your hours are depleted, additional sessions cannot be scheduled until more hours are purchased.
• Low Balance Notifications: When your account balance reaches 2 hours, you’ll receive a notification with an option to purchase additional hours. If no hours are added, scheduling will be restricted until your account is replenished.

Credit Card Payments:

• Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle ends at the end of each month.
• Invoice Review: Upon receiving your invoice, you have 2 days to review and make payment using your preferred method. If payment is not received within this period, the credit card on file will be automatically charged.

Cancellations

To cancel a tutoring session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.

Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with our tutoring services, you can request a refund for any unused tutoring hours within 30 days of purchase.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
